Once again, Lumson was glad to fulfill Deborah Milano’s request creating a seductive and elegant packaging combined with high quality decorations for a product with a strong image and personality.

This is the reason why the Management of Deborah Milano decided to launch a new foundation called COMFORT MAT, a product that has a dual action of matting and moisturizing, ensuring absolute comfort to the skin.
Comfort Mat is able to create a perfect color tone, and to minimize skin’s imperfections, another winning product, which together with Comfort Lift and 24Hours Perfect is going to complete the wide range of foundations by Deborah Milano.
A range made of three innovative make up products all sharing the beauty, the design and the quality of Lumson’s packaging.
Comfort Mat foundation has been created to perfectly match normal to dry skins, it consists in an emulsion that quickly eliminates the oily areas of the face, and at the same time moisturizes the dry ones.
In addition, it also reduces pore sizes starting with its first application and acting as a poreminimizer. Comfort Mat amazing performances are guaranteed by highly selected active ingredients, such as micronized rice powder, and Hydra-Protect Dh, and it’s also a hypoallergenic product specifically formulated to minimize the risks of allergies.

The chosen pack is a 30 ml glass bottle from the “Collezione Aida” combined with Lumson’s pump “Smart Elegant” and its over cap.
The glass bottle, the pump, the over cap, and all decorations have been entirely designed, developed and manufactured by Lumson and are part of its standard cosmetic packaging offering.
Deborah Milano’s Management asked Lumson to customize the pack by choosing a frozen glass bottle which allows final consumers to glimpse through and select between the 5 different color tones of the foundation.
The pump has been mass colored in dark brown and closed with a crystal clear and elegant over cap. The same dark brown of the pump has been also selected to screen print the bottle with Deborah Milano’s graphic design and logo. Such a perfect color matching was only possible thank’s to a perfect coordination between Lumson’s injection molding and screen printing departments.
It was thanks to perfect team work between Deborah Milano’s and Lumson’s Management, and also to Lumson’s capability to offer 360° cosmetic packaging solutions “Ready to Fill” that a new successful product was born.
