Caplugs’ found a soft thermoplastic rubber material that can be injection molded and designed with intricate detail. The Ergonomic Center-Pull Tab Plug (ECP) offers the convenience of a center-pull tab plug in a soft, flexible material. Depending upon the port size and choice of plug size, these parts are able to seal against residual oil leakage during shipment. Since the tab is fully molded into the end and sidewalls, the tab will not break off during removal. Caplugs’ ECP series is available in six sizes that fit all metric thread pitches for the given diameter. To make them as user friendly as possible, we’ve manufactured them in red, blue, yellow, green, orange, and black to correspond with the appropriate size for color coding.
