Removable Head (RH) Semi-Automat divider/rounders from Erika Record offer versatility, allowing bakers to create rolls, breads and pizzas.
Five removable-head assemblies are available and can create between seven and 36 pieces at a time at weights ranging from 1 to 21 oz. The heads are made from lightweight aluminum and can be easily removed for washing in a sink or pan washer.
The heads and knives are Teflon-coated to work with sticky doughs.
