Aug 11 2011 --- Danish company Saharas A/S is known in many countries for its hot Roasted peanuts in bars and holiday sports centres.

“Following many requests, we were inspired to design a packaging that the customer could easily heat in the microwave at home,” says Saharas’ retail manager Kasper Engstrom Lyhne.

The chosen packaging - CPET tray C 0124-1C – is one of Faerch Plast’s many standard articles. Additionally, the cardboard sleeve serves as an insulating cover when removing the tray from the microwave. These delicious peanuts are currently available from a number of retailers.
