Machines for savory and fresh pasta come to Fortaleza

Training in automation is one way to reduce the difficulties with the lack of skilled labor in the sector. According to the Brazilian Bakery Industry, the number of vacancies in the market reaches almost 10,000 - in four years, more than 100,000 workers were hired in the sector.
Baking in Ceará
The bakery sector houses about 63,000 bakeries across the country, with more than 700,000 direct jobs. One in five stores is located in the Northeast region. Although it is the eighth most populous state in the country, Ceará ranks 14th among the states in the number of bakeries (1300), but is the third among the major markets of Brazil with regard to the preference for buying bread in bakeries - 93% of the population prefers this selling point to the other, according to the Brazilian Association of Bakery (Abip).
According to the organization, offering more options and varieties of products is the second largest item for attractiveness of this channel by the AB class, second only to the proximity to home or work, and the main trends for the sector include the modernization of more efficient manufacturing processes, new technologies and inclusion of products with higher added value.

The Imperia, newcomer to Brazil, is a century-old company that created the domestic machine for fresh pasta better known throughout the world and in the house of almost all Italians. Their Restaurant line, consisting of three (electrical, electronic and manual), has an average production capacity of up to 12 pounds of dough per hour and is an ideal solution for the production of fresh handmade pasta for small establishments.
