Naturally Iowa Acquires Totally Green, LLC

Creates World's First Compostable Water Bottle Closed-Loop System.

Naturally Iowa, Inc. announced that it has acquired Totally Green, LLC to create the world's first compostable water bottle closed-loop composting system. The acquisition underscores a new approach to the ever-growing challenge posed by food waste and plastic bottles in landfills nationwide.

The Company believes that its products may offer the world's first compostable water bottle closed-loop composting system. By combining Naturally Iowa's fully compostable bottle with the Totally Green ORCA Green(TM) Machine, bottles and food waste can be fully composted into a liquid effluent within 48 hours in a cost-effective and earth-friendly way. Rob Phillips, the newly elected President of Naturally Iowa, Inc. disclosed that Totally Green LLC has been a strategic partner with Naturally Iowa since 2008. "This acquisition completes Naturally Iowa's vision for providing a complete solution to disposal of food waste and packaging in an environmentally friendly manner." Phillips said.

Phillips added that "The ORCA Green(TM) Machine is capable of converting thousands of pounds of organic waste per day into nutrient rich water by way of its proprietary rapid composting technology. By offsetting this waste from local landfills, we will be able to make a substantial economic and environmental impact with our customers."

He further noted that, "Food waste continues to be an expensive problem for the food and beverage industry, due to rising landfill costs and the environmental challenges of disposal. This industry has been looking for solutions to their water bottle waste issues. Since Naturally Iowa's Green Bottle Spring Water bottles can be composted within 48 hours in the ORCA Green(TM) Machine along with the food waste, both problems are solved at the same time."

Naturally Iowa is the only Ingeo (TM) bottler that can offer food and beverage operations a complete closed loop program that is both cost-effective and earth-friendly. ORCA Green(TM) Machines have recently been purchased by a wide variety of public and private companies with a diverse range of uses. In corporate offices in New York City, a major grocery store chain in Atlanta, universities throughout the USA, and government offices in Washington, DC, the ORCA Green(TM) Machine has the ability to solve these food and water bottle disposal problems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Naturally Iowa is already in mass production of the ORCA Green(TM) Machine, becoming the only United States-based manufacturer of this type of system. Phillips concluded by assuring that the management structure at Totally Green, LLC will remain intact following the acquisition.
