Neatly Separated in the New PP Center Bar Tray by ES Plastic
With ES Plastic’s recently developed center bar tray made of recyclable polypropylene, the contents look appetizing, even after rough transport or vertical presentation.
19 Nov 2009 --- Sometimes things that go together have to be kept apart. At least if separation leads to an appetizing presentation. A small center bar ensures the necessary order and, for example, prevents marinated chicken breast fillets from rolling into one another. Particularly at the point of sale, consumers should be thrilled by food that not only looks delicious, but that is also carefully packed.
With ES Plastic’s recently developed center bar tray made of recyclable polypropylene, the contents look appetizing, even after rough transport or vertical presentation. If poultry or meat products are placed in the trays, the optional absorbent liners prove to be extremely practical. Each side is welded on to the bottom at 3-points using a hygienic and environmentally friendly method, so that the liners cannot stick to the contents. And of course tasty power duos, such as spring rolls and sweet or spicy wraps, are also suitable for the tray.
Inner values and outer attributes
For a longer shelf life, the PP center bar tray in the size 190 mm x 144 mm x 36 mm is also produced with an EVOH barrier layer. It can be sealed with common, standard sealing tools. The food filled into the tray can be sealed with only a top film or with a matching cover – whichever the food requires. In addition to the transparent models, all Pantone colors and special colors are available. The imprinted customer logo on the long tray side is the icing on the cake, which shows the branding to full advantage. The tray is shatterproof and dimensionally stable, and the A/B/C stacking is perfect for machine processing with no jamming.
