OCME Between Tradition and Innovation at Emballage

For the 2006 EMBALLAGE exhibition, OCME introduces as a “world premiere” its new labeler SAGITTA. This machine expands the offer and allows OCME to supply complete bottling line.

22/09/06 OCME is a key player in the bottling industry since ½ century with more than 10.000 pieces of equipment sold worldwide. The range of equipment include depalletisers, filler for drinks and viscous liquids, shrinkwrappers, wrap-around packers, palletisers, robot palletisers, and laser guided vehicles.

For the 2006 EMBALLAGE exhibition, OCME introduces as a “world premiere” its new labeler SAGITTA. This machine expands the offer and allows OCME to supply complete bottling line. The ergonomics study and the modular sub-assembly conception ensure easy operation or maintenance and allow fast changeovers.

Two laser guided vehicles AURIGA will be also on display. These vehicles bring an unusually high level of reliability, with up-to-date, economical and flexible answers to the handling issue of pallets within production plants.

Lastly, the packing activity is represented by an ALTAIR wrap-around packer. Equipment wide spreading of up-to-date servo-drive technology warrant adaptability, speediness and accuracy witch are essential for nowadays production lines when performing changeovers. This machine includes a new automatic device for dispensing partition who largely reduce the operator’s work load.
