British soft drinks company Metro Drinks has given its successful juice drink brand Qu4ttro an eye-catching packaging makeover that will increase shelf stand-out and widen its appeal in foodservice. The brand, which is packed in 500ml PET bottles, is made from a blend of juices, pure spring water, sugar and natural flavours.
MD Paul Bendit, founder of Metro Drinks commenting on the brand’s strategy, says, “2012 is Qu4ttro’s 10th anniversary so a great moment to give it a new contemporary look. The brand has performed consistently well for us since we launched and with the very positive trade response to the new design we are excited about the next ten years.”
The four blends are made from natural ingredients and the range of flavours suit almost every taste: Orange & Passion Fruit, Orange Carrot & Lemon, Grapefruit & Cranberry and Lemon & Ginger with each designed to represent a different season of the year. For the trade, Qu4ttro’s added advantages are its 12 month shelf life and PET bottle which offers flexibility in usage and storage.
The Qu4ttro range is exhibiting at Birmingham Food and Drink Expo at stand E150. It is listed with a large number of distributors across the UK including Cotswold Fayre, Total Foodservice, Simple Simon, The Cress Co, D & D Snack Foods and FDP Fine Foods.
