The Trinamics TR2010SCE small case erector/bottom sealer is easy to operate, user friendly, fast to changeover, and safe to use, company says. Five vacuum cups remove 1 case blank at a time from the magazine. A linear transfer to the opening location locates the blank in a precise position for opening. A 90 degree opening arm with vacuum cups pulls the front of the blank open while the rear panels continue to be held. This motion ensures opening, including square cases where L-shaping is a chronic problem. The case erector will run 15 cases/min.
