27/02/06 Tetra Pak A3/Flex packaging line is now available worldwide to produce a total of 22 different packages, covering the largest product portfolio available today on one carton ambient packaging line.
The Tetra Pak A3/Flex packaging line protects customer investment as the same filling machine can be modified in minimum seven hours (excluding cleaning and sterilization) – the only carton ambient packaging line offering this possibility today.
Its QuickChange™ solution allows customers to change package sizes with the same bottom base in just 15 minutes, enabling capacity optimisation and flexibility in order to meet changing market needs.
The Tetra Pak A3/Flex has a capacity of 5,000 to 8,000 packages per hour, depending on volume, and can produce TBA packages in volumes from 200 ml to 2000 ml and TPA packages from 200 ml to 1000 ml. The Tetra Pak A3/Flex handles both high acid and low acid products and can satisfy a great variety of liquid food packaging needs while offering extremely high distribution efficiency.
