Utz Quality Foods Inc. will replace its regular red and white colored bags of potato chips with a limited edition pink bag, in an effort to raise awareness of breast cancer.
Utz Quality Foods Inc. will replace its regular red and white colored bags of potato chips with a limited edition pink bag, in an effort to raise awareness of breast cancer.
For the month of May and June, Utz Regular Potato Chip bags will be offered in this limited edition bag. The pink ribbon, symbolic in the fight against breast cancer, combined with the Pink Out Women's Cancer Fund and The Breast Cancer Charities of America logos, will be featured prominently on the bag.
"A portion of the sales proceeds will go directly to the Pink Out Women's Cancer Fund and the Breast Cancer Charities of America, so these organizations can ensure that financial resources are reaching women in need," according to Utz Quality Foods.
