Vetroplas Unveil Extended Range Of Airless Pump Tubes

Vetroplas Packaging, suppliers of premium packaging for the personal care and toiletries sectors, will unveil a bigger range of airless flexi tube packaging at this year’s Packaging Innovations show in October. Ideal for sun care, hair care and body care products, particularly those using more natural formulations, the airless pump tubes have been designed in partnership with Vetroplas’ tube manufacturing partner CTL and leading pump supplier Aptar.

Vetroplas Packaging, suppliers of premium packaging for the personal care and toiletries sectors, will unveil a bigger range of airless flexi tube packaging at this year’s Packaging Innovations show in October. Ideal for sun care, hair care and body care products, particularly those using more natural formulations, the airless pump tubes have been designed in partnership with Vetroplas’ tube manufacturing partner CTL and leading pump supplier Aptar. For skin care clients, Vetroplas has been offering airless tubes with a 25mm, 30mm and 35mm diameter, holding between 15ml and 110ml of product. But for the first time the company can supply airless tubes in three larger sizes: 35mm, 40mm and 50mm in diameter, ideal for sun care and body care products. All three can be ordered as a dispenser or spray pump, permitting fills of between 40ml and 250ml. Simon Dix, sales director at Vetroplas, says the extended range has many benefits.

“This packaging offers precise, consistent repeatable doses of product.  And because it prevents exposure to air, no contamination occurs which helps to extend shelf life, removes the need for preservatives and allows for more natural ingredients. “The pumps dispense reliably, even when turned upside down, perfect for getting to that hard-to-reach spot on your back when you need to apply sun lotion. “An extremely affordable range too, each tube can be further enhanced with a wide range of caps, nozzles and applicator heads, plus decoration such as foil blocking, offset and silk screen printing.  We’re excited to be unveiling the products on our stand at Packaging Innovations 2013 and introducing them to customers.” Available through Vetroplas since May, the products will be officially launched on stand A3 at Packaging Innovations, 1st and 2nd October, Business Design Centre, and London.
