The pressure’s on. With the new Filling and Weighing station you can now quickly and easily deposit and accurately weigh your masses.
The Filling and Weighing Station has capacity up to 2 ½ tons/hr and is available in different belt lengths, depending on your production requirements. The station is compatible with both cocoa butter and cocoa liquor and is so precise it has an accuracy of +/- 10g. The boxes fit to the conveyor have capacities of 25 kg –the cocoa filling only takes 30 seconds, followed by a 5 second shift, and a total production time of 2 ½ tons/hr.
The technical specifications of the filling and weighing station were developed for easier and faster filling production. Designed with two depositor heads – in two different sizes, for interval filling. When the units are 80% filled, the filling switches from the large to the small valve to deposit the remaining 20%. In addition, the valves are designed with a flat surface to minimize splash. The machine operates with continuously rolling conveyors, which are divided into various sections with different drives. This ensures that the units are separated before reaching the filling depositor. The division of sections and optional varying speeds helps indicate the position of the units on the conveyor.
