AMF Bakery Systems redesigned the auger/tunnel/vacuum systems on its high-speed bread and bun extrusion dividers to include Vector Technology.
This technology reduces dough shear as the dough is processed through the divider, allowing for products with a more open grain structure. Vector Technology also improves scaling accuracy, lowers maintenance costs and reduces dough temperatures.
