Black Branded Cup Highlights Tedeco-Gizeh Expertise

For the past three years, RPC has supplied a 300cc polypropylene drinking cup to Bacardi in The Netherlands, with the logo printed on the cup.

18/08/06 RPC Tedeco-Gizeh’s expertise in the manufacture of branded disposable cups has been underlined by a creation of an eye-catching black design for Bacardi.

For the past three years, RPC has supplied a 300cc polypropylene drinking cup to Bacardi in The Netherlands, with the logo printed on the cup, for use at outdoor events such as concerts and sporting occasions.

To complement the existing design and enhance its brand image, Bacardi requested the development of a black branded cup. RPC Tedeco-Gizeh looked at several possibilities to achieve the desired effect, including printing the cup in black, before electing to thermoform the cup using black sheet.  The famous Bacardi bat logo is then printed onto the cup after forming.

Bacardi has been impressed by RPC’s solution and the cup will be on show throughout a number of events sponsored by the company.
