CCL Industries Announces Organization Change

6/3/2011 --- CCL Industries Inc., a world leader in the development of labelling solutions and specialty packaging for the consumer products and healthcare industries, announced that Gaston Tano, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has tendered his resignation to accept a new position, in a similar capacity, at a consumer products company in the private sector and will be leaving CCL at the beginning of August following the release of the Company’s second quarter earnings.

Mr. Geoffrey Martin, President and Chief Executive Officer said, “We would like to thank Gaston for his contributions over the past three years and wish him success in his new role. CCL is very fortunate to have a highly experienced financial team who will be able to provide continued support during any transition period before a new appointment is made.”
