24/01/06 Constar International Inc., a leading producer of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastic containers, will exhibit a family of unbreakable, lightweight Starshield (R) bottles for wine at the Unified Wine & Grape Symposium in Sacramento, Calif., January 24-26. The bottles are available in clear or deadleaf green. Finishes for aluminum ROPP and plastic threaded closures are offered, affording tool-free opening and re-closing. Development continues on finishes having other types of closures suitable for wine.
