FFR-DSI’s new Cheese Cuber and Cutter makes slicing, wedging or cubing cheese quick and easy. Cuber slices through a 5 lb cheese loaf efficiently, cubing product in 75 seconds versus 20 minutes by hand.
As an added bonus, Cuber produces consistent ¾" cubes ensuring portion control and eliminating waste. Raised Arm Cheese Cutter cuts any shape of cheese wheel or block, making slicing or wedging fast and easy. Cutting arm can be locked in position for push-through slicing or rotated to cut down into cheese. Rubber feet hold unit firmly on table or counter, for added safety.
