The vacuum shrink bag provides a method to extend shelf-life until the product is ready to be cut and displayed. The bag is an improvement over ordinary boneguard bags because it provides greater protection wherever a patch is located, the co. says. It's available with a clear or opaque patch and is suitable for use with multipack pork or beef ribs, bone-in pork loins, beef short loins and bone-in beef chucks.
