Ghostfish Brewing To Release First Bottled Sour Beer

After brewing a collaboration apricot sour ale with Revelation Brewing in February, Ghostfish Brewing is excited to announce its first packaged sour - Gosefish. At 5% ABV and 8 IBU, this summer seasonal Cranberry-Hibiscus Gose incorporates cranberry juice sourced from Starvation Alley Cranberry Farms-Washington State’s first organic cranberry farm - out of Long Beach, WA.

At 5% ABV and 8 IBU, this summer seasonal Cranberry-Hibiscus Gose incorporates cranberry juice sourced from Starvation Alley Cranberry Farms-Washington State’s first organic cranberry farm - out of Long Beach, WA. To celebrate its release, Ghostfish Brewing is hosting a Gosefish Release Party on May 31, 2017. Learn Starvation Alley’s story from a representative from the farm and try special menu food items made with Gosefish. Seattle Cider’s Cranberry Cider aged on Starvation Alley’s cranberries will also be on tap.

“Sour, salty, fruity, and pink, this beer is definitely off the charts on funkiness! Gosefish will be available in 22oz bottles and on draft at the Ghostfish Taproom and in all markets Ghostfish beer is currently distributed.
