04/10/06 Gimbert Surgeles in France has launched a new microwave fish solution using Graphic Packaging International's Microrite(TM) susceptor technology.
The specially designed sleeve is intended to rapidly heat, brown and crisp the exterior of the coated fish slice; to reduce the cooking time; and to deliver a high quality consumer eating experience.
Developed in conjunction with global partners based in Canada and Malaysia, the new addition to the high quality range of Gimbert fish products will be launched officially at the prestigious SIAL exhibition in Paris, France, October 22-26, 2006, Stand Number: 5a M 108. The stand will also feature the full range of Gimbert Ocean products.
