Leading independent drinks manufacturer and distributor, Halewood International, is set to launch a limited edition commemorative label Prince William champagne to celebrate the forthcoming Royal Wedding.
The company has owned the Prince William Champagne brand for more than twenty years and has historically made it available to selected retail customers. The news of the forthcoming Royal Wedding means the company is releasing a limited edition commemorative label using the exclusive rights it has to both the Prince William and Royal Wedding trademarks. The Champagne is expected to retail for around £25.
Commenting on the decision to launch the commemorative label, Andy Smallman, Managing Director of Halewood International said, “As owners of the trade mark for both Prince William and Royal Wedding, Halewood International felt that it was fitting to launch a limited edition commemorative label to mark the wedding of HRH Prince William of Wales to Miss Catherine Middleton on April 29th 2011.
“Our fine wine division Chalié Richards, which is distributing the product, has through its history held a number of royal warrants, so we thought this decision was particularly fitting and appropriate.”
Due to the limited supply of this celebratory label, stock is being sold on a pre-order basis, with mid February being the cut off for trade orders.
