The company focuses on Trade Marketing and Distribution domain based on Oracle Siebel technology in the Consumer Goods vertical. One of the solutions encompasses the entire range of planning, execution and evaluation backed by a joint governance framework to address challenges around a global platform. It enables sales representatives to sell and perform a gamut of trade marketing activities aligned to the overall company plan. The technology implementation enables mobile devices, laptop clients running in remote mode for different sale rep profiles such as pre-sales, prompt sales, delivery and trade marketing.

It delivers through the EPM various business solutions which combine pre-built frameworks, metric models, analysis flows, data models and dashboards to offer highly business effective performance management solutions at rapid pace at various levels within the organisation. Here ITC implemented SAP business object general ledger rapid mart to help the dairy cooperative to minimise impact of long-term debt to equity on net income realisation, reduce inventory days. There is also identification of value and volume driving categories besides optimisation of Net Operating Working Capital and improve Corporate Financial Performance. It has also created reports and dashboards for better decision-making.
For leading bakery product company in the UK which is also a leading player in natural food preservation, green chemicals and biopolymers, ITC Infotech installed the upgraded version of SAP Master Data Management (MDM).
Further the company has domain-focussed technology capability to implement and support multiple and global CPG customers for Siebel, SAP solutions. Now with the food, beverage processing and dairy and consumer retail sector going aggressive on technology implementation, ITC Infotech is now keen to tap the space.
