JoBu, Launched In Mini Diamond Pure-Pak® Curve cartons with a Pure-Twist cap.

JoBu, a buttermilk yoghurt drink in five fruity flavours was launched by Meggle/Alpenmilch Salzburg, Austria in April 2005 in 330ml Mini Diamond Pure-Pak® Curve cartons with a Pure-Twist cap. Besides the launch of JoBu, Alpenmilch Salzburg launched their own products (whey and yoghurt drinks).

JoBu, a buttermilk yoghurt drink in five fruity flavours was launched by Meggle/Alpenmilch Salzburg, Austria in April 2005 in 330ml Mini Diamond Pure-Pak® Curve cartons with a Pure-Twist cap. Besides the launch of JoBu, Alpenmilch Salzburg launched their own products (whey and yoghurt drinks). Also the Tut Gut whey drinks (500ml, 330 ml) were launched in Mini Diamond Pure-Pak ® Curve cartons. Elopak provided a retrofit conversion kit for a Pure-Pak®U-M100A filling machine and a PLA-M70 screw cap applicator to produce J-bottom Mini Diamond Pure-Pak® Curve cartons. Meggle is a famous brand in Germany and yoghurt drinks were first launched in 2003. The re-launch brings packaging innovation into the Austrian and German markets. The new carton was selected to provide the perfect portion pack for a young healthy generation, easy to handle, easy to open, no leaks and great for consumption on the move. JoBu is a mix of flavoured buttermilk and yoghurt is now available in five flavours - strawberry, cherry, multi-fruit, orange & mange and lemon & lime. Meggle has supported the launch with high profile TV ads with the positive health message and a premium image.
