Kerrymaid is launching a four-strong range of price-marked pack (PMP) spreads into the convenience channel, available to order through chilled and fresh delivery service Fresh to Store.
Sally De’Ath, senior national account manager for convenience at Kerry Foods, said: “There is a huge opportunity for a range of quality, competitively-priced offerings from a brand that we believe will resonate strongly with UK shoppers. More than three quarters of UK households - 20 million - buy into this category, and our research shows they are looking for quality offerings at competitive prices from a brand that they know will deliver on taste.”
The line-up includes:
Kerrymaid Buttery - made from buttermilk, delivers a strong butter-like taste and is the lead SKU in the range (PMP £1.49 500g)
- Kerrymaid Sunflower Light - a lower fat option with 85% less saturated fat than butter (PMP £1.49, 500g)
- Kerrymiad Spreadable spreads straight from the fridge (PMP £1.69, 500g)
- Kerrymaid Olive is made with Mediterranean olive oil (PMP £1.69, 500g)
