17 Apr 2023 --- KHS is presenting its washing and filling module branded Innokeg X for craft brewers at the Craft Brewers Conference in Nashville, US. The two-in-one solution has an output of 25 returnable kegs an hour and offers improved ease of operation and maintenance. The new multiple processing head that replaces previous two heads for cleaning and racking, performs both functions in one step, which means that the keg now has to be placed on and connected up to the module once. Therefore, the innovation cuts down the time needed and reduces wear on the fittings, the filling and tap valves on the containers. The consistent hygienic design of the washing and filling module is also new as all previously horizontal surfaces have been slightly sloped to facilitate the runoff of liquids, KHS explains.
