With overall base frames measuring no longer than 16 ft, the units offer a small footprint to accompany smooth, efficient rotary carton feed.

Designed to offer flexibility for handling shorter product life cycles and accelerated product development, Meridian large center cartoners are available with either 9- or 12-in. centers, in both right- and left-hand configurations. With overall base frames measuring no longer than 16 ft, the units offer a small footprint to accompany smooth, efficient rotary carton feed. Meridian cartoners with a 9-in. center can reach speeds of 200 cartons/min; 12-in. center models are capable of speeds up to 160 cpm. Minimum carton size for both versions is 431/2341/2 in. The 9-in. center model can accommodate cases up to 836312 in.; the 12-in. center version goes up to 1136312 in. Standard features include Allen-Bradley ControlLogix controls and Ultra 2000 drives, a PanelView 700 Plus touchscreen interface and servo-driven flap closers. A Nordson Pro-Blue 7 hot-melt glue system is also standard. A selection of options is available.
