Produced in the Contiform stretch blow-molding machine, bottles are filled by the Isofill VG filler and closed. There is an option for direct BLOC-synchronization with a Canmatic labeler. System's components are linked to each other over minimized distances to create a compact layout. Neck handling mode throughout, without the bottles touching, renders the process mechanically dependable, company says. Microbiological safety is assured by the almost completely closed production and filling system, company says.
