Today's industrial manufacturers are confronting handling challenges with ever increasing frequency: packages must be filled or separated and positioned in the line after the packaging procedure. Tasks that normally are accomplished manually with great effort can be economically and hygienically automated with the aid of handling modules from MULTIVAC. New in the product range is the handling module H 240, equipped with two HR 460 type 4-axis robots. These can grasp products from any position and set them down in an oriented manner with up to 240 Pick & Place cycles. Despite its high performance, the Multi-Robot is particularly compact and space-saving.
