Minneapolis-based GLS Companies recently received a Fuego 110 A2 CS, making them the first company in North America with this Bobst folder-gluer. “We’re using the Fuego to take over work handled by an older folder-gluer, but mostly to bring in-house the more sophisticated work for which we had been going outside,” GLS President Gary Garner says. The Fuego is a mid-market folder-gluer, which, with a variety of options, is capable of creating straight line, crash lock bottom boxes, and presentation folders, as well as four- and six-corner boxes.
