New I.C. Light Aluminum Bottle Features

A Pittsburgh legend joins a Pittsburgh icon to make a truly unique and special bottle. The launch of PBC’s new I.C. Light aluminum bottle will feature Pittsburgh legendary golfer and celebrity, Arnold Palmer. Pittsburgh Brewing also will make a contribution on his behalf to the Latrobe Area Hospital.

A Pittsburgh legend joins a Pittsburgh icon to make a truly unique and special bottle. The launch of PBC’s new I.C. Light aluminum bottle will feature Pittsburgh legendary golfer and celebrity, Arnold Palmer. Pittsburgh Brewing also will make a contribution on his behalf to the Latrobe Area Hospital. The I.C. Light aluminum bottle follows the phenomenal success of last summer’s launch of the Iron City aluminum bottle. PBC became the first brewery to launch the aluminum bottle on a national scale. Unlike Iron City’s national launch, the I.C. Light bottle featuring Mr. Palmer will be a limited edition. The new 12-ounce I.C. Light aluminum bottle features the gold I.C. Light logo on the front and a picture of the renowned World Golf Hall of Famer, Palmer, on the back. PBC was one of the first breweries in the United States to feature sports figures on its cans. Many of its cans from the ‘70s featuring local Pittsburgh sports teams and players are considered collectors’ items.
