New Vision Packaging joins with chocolate brand Elizabeth Shaw
New Vision Packaging, the packaging design and sourcing specialist, has secured a new sole-supply agreement with luxury chocolate brand Elizabeth Shaw.
New Vision Packaging, the packaging design and sourcing specialist, has secured a new sole-supply agreement with luxury chocolate brand Elizabeth Shaw.
The contract will see Kettering-based New Vision design, source and manage packaging for Elizabeth Shaw’s entire product range over the next 18 months.
New Vision has worked alongside Elizabeth Shaw for the past 3 years, supplying folding cartons, vacuum formed inserts and adhesive labels, but this is the first time that the two companies will enter a sole-supply agreement.
Commenting on the announcement, Stephen Shortland, managing director of New Vision Packaging, said: “This new contract strengthens an already long-established and successful relationship. Elizabeth Shaw is an iconic confectionery brand and one that many consumers are incredibly loyal to.
“Everyone at New Vision is extremely proud of achieving sole-supply status and we look forward to taking the brand forward, keeping it a firm favourite with its existing customer-base and helping to introduce it to a whole new generation.”
Malachy McReynolds, managing director of Elizabeth Shaw, believes that working alongside one packaging supplier is key to the brand’s future development: “During 2012, our NPD programme has stepped up a gear. Having an experienced and creative supplier, aligned with our thinking, has been crucial in delivering our required speed to market. New Vision Packaging fitted our requirements perfectly, as Stephen and his team had already proved themselves to be reliable and innovative packaging partners.”
