Nex Flow unveils new line of Ring Vac conveyors
Compressed air-operated products manufacturer Nex Flow has unveiled its Ring Vac Compressed Air Operated Conveyor in 316L Stainless steel versions.
Compressed air-operated products manufacturer Nex Flow has unveiled its Ring Vac Compressed Air Operated Conveyor in 316L Stainless steel versions.
The company noted that the new product is ideal for applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Nex Flow Ring Vac system can be used to carry small items including food items from cheese bits to dried peas.
The product is available in sizes ranging from ¾' outside diameter (1/2' inside diameter) to 2'outside diameter (1-3/4' inside diameter).
The new systems are Pneumatic Conveying units feature virtually no moving parts that can convey solid material at high rates and over long distances. It uses compressed air for an action along its length in a compact design for high capacity conveying, according to the company.
The standard Nex Flow Ring Vac system is available in anodized aluminum from ¾' to 3' outside diameters and in 303/304 stainless, also threaded aluminum and threaded stainless steel units are available in various sizes.
