Novapak Wins 2005 NACD Supplier of the Year Award
At the 80th Annual NACD (National Association of Container Distributors) Convention which was held from April 13-17, 2005 in La Jolla, California, the members of NACD awarded Novapak with their highest vendor honor NACD#s 2005 Supplier of the Year award. Based on a point system of 9 qualifying categories (Leadership, Product & Support Staff, Communication, Marketing, Training, Shipping, Legislative & Regulatory, Technology and Policies), Novapak came out on top among a broad range of companies producing products from multiple materials including glass, metal as well as plastics (there were three runner-ups this year - a first for NACD).

This award was initiated in 1988 and Novapak is the only plastic bottle manufacturer to win this award twice. Novapak previously won the award in 1994.
