PakTech Provides 3Paks for Nestle Coffeemate Project

Nestle's Coffeemate products have undergone major packaging changes in the past few years. The most prominent change was when Nestle switched from amber glass to HDPE containers with full graphic sleeves for their 22 ounce Coffemate products. With such vibrant graphics, Nestle sought to multipack the products in a non-traditional way.

Nestle's Coffeemate products have undergone major packaging changes in the past few years. The most prominent change was when Nestle switched from amber glass to HDPE containers with full graphic sleeves for their 22 ounce Coffemate products. With such vibrant graphics, Nestle sought to multipack the products in a non-traditional way. Nestle knew that PakTech specializes in handles for standard bottles, but they didn't know if PakTech could develop a solution that would handle the unique container shape and closure of the Coffeemate products. Upon evaluating compatibility, PakTech design teams came up with an innovative in-line 3Pak that accomplishes Nestle's goal: simple, effective Multipack that accentuates the lively graphics. PakTech got the 3Pak handle mold into production quickly and the product is currently being tested. On the processing end, PakTech the 3Paks are easy to apply by hand for initial market testing. For larger volumes in the future, automated application is available to apply the package on line.
