Nov 17 2011 --- Pont Packaging is pleased to announce that it has merged with the Johnsen & Jorgensen Group. The acquisition is a further step in Pont's strategy of developing into a leading pan-European supplier of containers with associated closures and accessories.

Pont operates throughout Europe from its facilities in Germany, France, the Netherlands and Poland. The addition of Johnsen & Jorgensen’s operations in Dartford, Manchester and Glasgow will provide Pont with increased access to the UK market for its ranges of plastic containers and closures for the vitamin, chemical and food markets.
