Rademaker introduced its latest high-speed croissant processing equipment capable of moulding straight croissants at 150 rows per minute and at capacities in excess of 100,000 pieces per hour.
Rademaker introduced its latest high-speed croissant processing equipment capable of moulding straight croissants at 150 rows per minute and at capacities in excess of 100,000 pieces per hour.
The croissant machine’s washdown design eases sanitation, and fewer and easier-to-use changeover parts reduce lost production time between varieties, according to Rademaker. The company offers a complete range of croissant makeup equipment to make filled croissants and automation for bending, pinching and panning.
