A custom-moulded bottle from RPC Containers Raunds is bringing convenient pouring and stylish appearance to a specialist range of automotive fuel additives from Fortron. Australian brand Fortron retails in specialist outlets worldwide, with a range that includes fuel system treatments, oil conditioners and engine flush. The majority of its products must be poured directly into the vehicle’s fuel tank. UK company Reabrook, Fortron’s partner in Europe, required a bottle design that would facilitate easy pouring. With no suitable standard pack on the market, a custom design was commissioned that features a distinctive long funnel neck. Reabrook turned to RPC Raunds to manufacture the bottle due to its expertise in blow moulding unusual shapes. Manufactured in PVC, the container is currently produced in both clear and pigmented versions and is decorated in multi-lingual labels, reflecting Fortron’s international renown. “Fortron’s specialist fuel solutions require an appropriate container,” comments Malcolm Watkins of Reabrook. “RPC Raunds’ expertise has ensured that an unusual design has been manufactured with quality and style.
