The new Robotic Vertical Packer from BluePrint Automation collates and case-packs flexible bags at speeds to 150 bags/min. Ideal for packing fragile products such as bags of chips and other snacks, the system features a simple design and small footprint. Product is collated into a group using the company’s patented Smart-Trak™ system, and the fully servo-driven robot ensures smooth placement of product. Packer is available with integrated or reusable case erection and closing for new or reusable cases.
