Spectra Offer Innovative Hot Foil Blocking For Caps
Although peripheral hot foil printing remains technically challenging, Spectra's closure blocking has been developed with precision and quality in mind, continually advancing new ideas for our customers.
23 Jan 2013 --- Spectra are now providing unique looking peripheral hot foil blocking for closures as part of our innovative product offerings.
Customers can now incorporate a pattern or irregular shapes, even their corporate logo, to give a truly individual point of difference. The highly skilled team who work within our state-of-the-art decoration department have developed a number of clever ways to take peripheral cap blocking to new level.
Spectra's Managing Director, Joe Maynard commented, "Our customers are really excited by our closure blocking capabilities because it provides a premium finishing touch. We've always firmly believed that it’s the small details that set brands apart in competitive commercial markets, which is why Spectra offer a range of innovative decoration options specifically designed to stand out from the crowd".
In addition to offering customers the opportunity to brand their closures with foil blocking, Spectra have been busy developing other distinctive options. These include twin band peripheral blocking - achieved in a single pass, wider height foil banding and foil on foil over banding with one colour over the top of another - achieved accurately in two passes.
Although peripheral hot foil printing remains technically challenging, Spectra's closure blocking has been developed with precision and quality in mind, continually advancing new ideas for our customers.
Joe added, “Standard hot foil blocking for bottles is still very fashionable because it can give a product a sophisticated luxury appearance. However, we’re finding that closure blocking has become increasingly popular too, mainly because Spectra customers can see what can be achieved. We’ve put a lot of time and effort in advancing this particular decoration technology, constantly pushing the boundaries as far as possible - it’s what really drives our skilled technical team”.
