In 2011 Aasted supplied a confectionery Bar Line through Aasted Turkey to the Turkish company Tayas. This cooperation with the customer regarding a turnkey solution with an extruding technology solution for the customers confectionery bar production has been of great advantage for both Aasted and Tayas.
“In 2010 we decided to launch a production of chocolate bars and we discussed the project with Mr. Sabit Caglar from Aasted Turkey. He offered his assistance for this project, and in our attempt of creating a different trend within this project, we started a more close cooperation with Mr. Caglar. The process involved business travels abroad including various trials, and the final conclusion for our project is the chocolate bar line from Aasted. Our cooperation with Aasted has now been realized and we are very satisfied with the qualities of the machines giving us the opportunity in the future to produce other types of products, which will accentuate the features of this equipment.” says, Harun Tayci, Supply Chain Director at Tayas.
The line was established at Tayas premises in 2011 and has since then ran many kilos of confectionery bars. The Confectionery Bar Line includes many different Aasted machines, such as Alice Extruder, Nielsen Cooling Tunnel, Nielsen Enrober, Guillotine Cutter etc.
