The Best Gillette Can Get!
Brand-owners improve the sales figures with seasonal offers in attractive packs that often contain more than one product and the consumer is more likely to try a new product, often at a favourable price.
14/04/07 Grafobal Vilnius chose Frövi Bright for Gillette’s gift packs for the Russian market with Christmas 2006 at hand. And they are not alone. More and more brand-owners and converters choose Korsnäs cartonboard for their promotional packs. The reason is a combination of designability and print result in the material.
Appearing right under the very noses of customers in the shop, often equipped with windows and other selling attributes, promotion packs are the really sharp ammunition in the fight for customers. The promotion packs appeal to new customers as well as to the loyal ones that already have a relationship to the product. Brand-owners improve the sales figures with seasonal offers in attractive packs that often contain more than one product and the consumer is more likely to try a new product, often at a favourable price.
Designability important
Promotion packs’ share of total sales is growing. The converter has to react quickly, produce short runs, often featuring a demanding design. And the right cartonboard material. “Promotion packs often have different shapes, windows, embossing and other selling attributes and the content is often more heavy than the regular packs, says Mr. Egidijus Razmus, MD at Grafobal Vilnius. – When choosing Korsnäs we feel safe. If it is a more luxurious product, with window, like here, we prefer Frövi Bright with the white reverse that gives a clean impression.
Soon Frövi White
Frövi Bright has been on the market for five years now and is mainly used for luxury product segments. In the first quarter of 2007 Korsnäs is launching an enhanced board grade that is even whiter and also has a coated reverse for optimum print result. Many customers who have used Frövi Bright are now testing the new material – including Grafobal Vilnius. “ We are happy to test the new board grade that is still based on the Korsnäs concept when it comes to designability and strength” says Mr.Razmus.
