Verstraete Reveals Matt IML and UltraGloss IML at NPE2015
Orange peel, glossy and transparent. In the past years Verstraete developed a lot of new and exiting IML innovations such as Metallic IML and Peelable IML, and the company will present its latest innovations at the NPE2015 show in Orlando: Matt IML and UltraGloss IML.
Both of these innovations bring the look & feel of packaging to a higher level. And this is what brand owners are looking for: a unique packaging that makes their product stand out on the shelves, giving packaging a premium look or even highlight details by combining the 2 innovations.
Visit the Verstraete IML booth at NPE2015 (South Hall, Level 1, 36027) to discover more about these novelties.
- First of all, machine producer Arburg has collaborated with Yudo and StackTeck to present a lid with a DoubleSided IML label. The cycle time is only 4.2s and the wall thickness 0.4mm. Go to the West Hall, booth 3729 to see this machine in action.
- Ilsemann Automation has joined forces with Italian machine producer BMB and StackTeck to present a round container with a metallic IML label. This eye catcher can be admired in the West Hall, 991.
- In the West Hall 1363, at the Niigata booth, you can discover drinking cups with Verstraete IML’s latest IML innovations: Matt IML and UltraGloss IML. Campetella was the selected partner to make this project successful.
- Taiwanse automation supplier Wetec will show 2 projects at this fair. The first one is a 200ml yoghurt container with wrap around and bottom label. The partners for this project are machine producer FCS and mold producer Mo Chyi (West Hall 303). The second project, a rectangular 200ml tub, is decorated with a 5-sided label. You can discover this product at the booth of Borche in the South Hall, 21073.
- Last but not least, Waldorf will present a 3D full cover IML project. The wrap around and bottom IML label cover the complete tub. Have a look at these unique products at the booth of Flextronics in the South Hall, 34125.
