Admix’s DynaShear eliminates build up of undissolved ingredients in HTST plate heat exchangers. The DynaShear dual-stage inline emulsifier, when installed upstream of the balance tank, assures complete dispersion of powders, gums and stabilizers in a single pass.
It provides for longer process runs between CIP and reduces water and CIP chemical usage. The 316 stainless steel DynaShear meets or exceeds the strictest sanitary requirements and complies with 3-A Third Party Verification and USDA dairy standards.
