Based in Troyes, a town 2 hours drive from Paris, Axone-Systems consists of a team of 15 people who focus all their expertise to serve industrial equipment manufacturers or end customers, as a service provider of robotic solutions in the packaging/wrapping field. Its turnover in 2013 reached €2.4 M of which 60% was provided by the service orders from Arcil.
Arcil FFS machines are found in over 40 countries in the factories of the major dairy groups as well as small local producers. Since 2009, Arcil has provided, under the Synerlink label, complete and innovative packaging solutions to meet the marketing objectives of its customers. In fact, the overall approach in supplying complete Synerlink lines ensures consistency between design and performance in the choice of packaging. Furthermore, the lines are fully integrated and tested in the Puiseux factory before being shipped to the customer's site.
"The Barry-Wehmiller Group is giving us the support to grow and the integration of our close partner Axone-Systems allows us to truly sustain our Synerlink strategy. The teams know each other very well and it is only natural that we welcome them to the group" said Eric Lesbats, CEO of Arcil.
"Our team is pleased to join the team members of Arcil and Synerlink. With the support of the Synerlink division, we will be able to expand our offer of end-of-line solutions and enter the synergy and culture of the people-centric Barry-Wehmiller group." said Jean-Pierre Gori, Director of Axone.
