Beer-in-box from CARBOTEK is the leading one-way system, technically, economically and practically. The concept: Prior filling the beer CO2 is reduced and is re-carbonated again inline during tapping. This way, the flat beer can be transported in non-pressurized 25l cubic bag-in-box packages. 

The system has been developed for 5 years at the regional brewery Ankerbräu Nördlingen. It has been extensively and successfully tested in the field. Today, 40% of Ankerbräu’s beer production runs with beer-in-box system (approx. 7.500 hl in 2010). Renowned customers in the cruise ship industry such as TUI Cruise and MSC are using beer-in-box Anker-Beer. These success stories can be transferred and scaled to any brewery, of any size.
