Big stretch to save film

The programmable GL1000 model, with powered conveyor, is equipped with Cyklop's Ecostretch unit which pre-stretches the film in seven steps for minimum film consumption. Up to 80 x 1.5tonnes pallets/ hour can be wrapped with maximum dimensions of 2.5m tall x 1.4m x 1.3m pallet sizes. Customised versions are available. The GL2000, operating at 120 pallets/hour, is an orbital wrapper suited to wrapping loosely stacked, heavy or fragile loads. Fitted with Ecostretch for up to 300% pre-stretch, this model features a battery-powered wrapping ring which cancels the need for a rotating power feed. Recharging occurs when the ring is stationary.
