Optical and laser technology checks barcode legibility and ensures the correct positioning of labels on the top and bottom of packs. It also verifies that the correct barcode and labels are being applied to each pack to avoid mislabelling, and its continuous reject system removes incorrect packs without affecting throughput. The In-Line Barcode and Label Scanner can interface with upstream and downstream equipment as part of a fully integrated packaging system. Intelligent PLC control and password protected colour touch screens ensure ease of use.
