Biopac Launches New High Quality Heavy Duty Soup Containers

16 Aug 2012 --- Biopac are pleased to announce an addition to their range of heavy duty soup containers. We are now offering two fully compostable versions. Aimed at catering outlets who want to demonstrate their commitment to the environment.
Lined with a starch based material, the containers are 100% compostable, so very kind to the environment. They are high temperature tolerant so perfect for hot foods such as soup. They are available in 12oz and 16oz with a fully compostable vented lid to fit each size.
Mark Brigden, Technical Director at Biopac said, “We are always looking at ways to grow our range of eco friendly catering disposables. The more products like this we can offer our clients, the more we can help reduce the amount of waste going into landfill.”
Mark added, “The soup containers are ideal for cafes, festivals and outdoor events, as well as general foodservice. They can also be used for other foods such as ice cream and yoghurt.”
Whilst the containers are plain, Biopac also offer a bespoke design service for companies wishing to have their logo printed, in up to 5 colours.
